Concept illustration · Planned capabilities
Connected work. Clear oversight.

One view of the intended direction, from incoming requests to considered next steps.

The purpose

Less scattered.
More considered.

Designed around the needs of teams handling customer enquiries and operational follow-up.

01 / Understand

Bring requirements together

The aim is to turn an enquiry into a clear draft of what is needed and what still needs confirmation.

02 / Organise

Prepare the next steps

Explore useful order drafts and production or delivery summaries, ready for a person to review.

03 / Follow through

Keep approval with people

Plan follow-up and payment reminder drafts that require human approval before sending.

Where the project stands

Prototype work.
A foundation to evaluate.

Current prototype work includes an interface, assistant skills, voice integration and tool connections. The project is still in development.

Frontend HUD

A heads-up interface for the prototype.

Current prototype

Hermes & custom skills

Assistant setup and task-specific skills.

Current prototype

Gemini Live voice

Voice integration in the current prototype.

Planned workflow — not yet integrated

From the first request.
To clear next steps.

A connected flow for understanding requests, preparing useful work and keeping people involved where decisions need review.

Conceptual illustration — planned workflow
  1. 01 / Capture

    Customer enquiry

Bring the request, requirements and open questions together.

  2. 02 / Prepare

    Structured draft

Organise the details into a useful draft and proposed next steps.

  3. 03 / Human approval

    Review before action

Human review confirms important details and decisions before proceeding.

  4. 04 / Follow through

    Keep work in view

Bring progress and follow-up together, with changes flagged for attention.

The intended direction: capture → prepare → review → follow through. Capabilities are planned and still being developed.

Planned Claude evaluation

Explore the reasoning.
Evaluate the fit.

Claude is being considered for request interpretation, order drafting and workflow reasoning alongside the current stack.

The integration is not currently in place. Evaluation would explore how Claude could complement Hermes and Gemini Live.

Development direction

Build. Evaluate.
Learn from a pilot.

Develop the foundation, evaluate it in a real internal setting, then learn what to build next.

Current

Prototype development

Continue developing the interface, assistant skills, voice and tool connections.

Next

Planned integration & internal pilot

Developed independently, with Ink & Drink as the intended first internal pilot. Website integration would follow completion and evaluation.
